The Quartz stones come in various colours and are available in 1-2mm and 2-3mm sized stones. The system follows the existing substrate to give the visual appeal of a seamless surface.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUBSTRATES QUARTZ STONES CAN GO OVER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quartz Carpet is hand trowelled over existing surfaces at approximately 5-7mm thick for foot traffic and 8-15mm thick for vehicle traffic. The quartz stones can be applied over a range of substrates including concrete, tiles, compressed sheeting, plaster, villa board, brick, ply &amp; MDF.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHERE QUARTZ STONES CAN BE APPLIED?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This finish can be applied in residential, commercial, retail, educational and industrial projects. For internal applications the &#8216;Porefilled&#8217; finish is used; the spaces between the quartz stones are filled making the floor a moppable surface.
